Page Borders - Have you ever set up a page border & did a print preview & was unable to see the entire page border on the screen? One of the issues may be your printer settings. If your printer only has a certain print range, then part of the page border will not be able to be viewed or printed. You can adjust the page border to fit your printer's settings to correct the problem. Just click on Format, then Borders and Shading, then select the Page Border tab, then click the Options button. Once in that screen, you can adjust the border to measure either from the edge of the page or from the text. Play with it until you see what works best for you & your printer.
